Psychotherapist

All of us enter our own unique journey in life, and while on this journey we experience a multitude of emotions. Sometimes our sentiments are overwhelmingly difficult to express, process, and navigate. And sometimes we may not want to feel anything at all, which can manifest itself through self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. I am here to provide a comforting, open, and nonjudgmental space for people to work through, not around, parts of their journey that are distressing and painful.

I identify as a queer, cisgender therapist with extensive experience both professionally and personally within the LGBTQIA+ communities of many locations, including the Twin Cities, Madison, Chicago, and Seattle. In recovery myself, I find it meaningful to work with those who may be struggling with addiction. I also have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidality, personality disorders, and grief and loss. I would be honored to be a part of your journey through life and look forward to hearing from you.
