Everyone deserves space to be genuinely seen, heard, and understood. As a therapist, I feel honored to join people on their journey toward a more authentic and balanced life. My passion resides in providing a safe and supportive environment to enable healing, self-awareness, and growth. I meet clients where they’re at and will often utilize creativity through art, music, and play. I incorporate a Health At Every Size®, anti-racist, feminist, trauma-informed, and social-justice oriented lens with all clients.
I am a queer-identified therapist and I enjoy working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults in the LGBTQIA+ community; my specialties include gender and sexuality exploration, complex trauma, anxiety/perfectionism, ADHD, highly sensitive individuals, self-esteem, and body image issues.
