Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (she/her)

I believe that all humans have the strength and wisdom within to find their true and authentic selves. Seeking one’s self requires vulnerability, courage, and connection to others. Oftentimes, this process can be interrupted by living in a world that says who you are and how you exist is not okay. You can heal from traumatic experiences that may have left you feeling unsafe, untrusting of others and isolated. Taking the courageous step in asking for help is the beginning of you tapping into your own wisdom and strength. I am grateful to be trusted to walk with you on your journey as you start to heal. I am an empathetic, kind, and non-judgmental clinician and identify as an LGBTQIA+ provider. I work from a person-centered, strength-based, and feminist framework and have a passion for strong advocacy, instilling hope and healing, and the power of connection.

I am an LPCC and LADC with experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, with a specific focus in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, grief and loss, personality disorders, relationship dynamics, and complex trauma. I am a trained EMDR provider.
