About

My therapeutic practice focuses on helping families navigate the complexity of multiple marginalized identities with an emphasis on neurodivergence. I believe brains falling outside of “typical” are not “disordered”. I operate from a strengths-based perspective that considers each individual's unique experience and aim to co-create a relationship between client and therapist that is built on positive mutual regard and safety.

In my work I am interested in exploring and pushing the boundaries around non-normative forms of relationship structure. I practice body-positive, sex-positive, kink-friendly and relationally affirming therapy. I believe the foundation of any relationship that feels good is an acceptance of and ability to vulnerably communicate all feelings in a non-judgemental and non-pathologizing way.

I provide therapy for adults and children ages 5 and older. I see couples, families, and individuals.
