Jennifer Ostrom-Undis, MS, LADC

Psychotherapist (they/them)

I work with individuals ages 15+ and couples in a joint effort to help build on strengths that each individual already brings to the table. I believe seeking therapy for any reason takes courage, and anyone can benefit from engaging in the therapeutic process.

I draw on my over eight years of experience in the mental health field, including working with those with substance use disorders as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, to help individuals explore their past and how it affects their present.

What you can expect from me in session is a very human approach in which we will work together to find and practice being the version of yourself you want to be. In that process, I will be compassionate, understanding, and patient while incorporating a sense of humor, connection, and perceptiveness.

Others describe me as an engaged listener, deeply caring, and someone who pays attention to the details and forms connections that help create insight and understanding.
