I work with thoughtful people (maybe even "overthinkers") who are looking to more deeply understand themselves and their place in the world. If you choose to work with me, you can expect to collaboratively build a caring relationship in which you can explore your internal experience and develop more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
My approach to healing is gentle and curious and I prioritize slow, long-lasting growth and change. I aim to support you in finding ease and glimmers of joy in your daily life, while navigating the challenges we often face as we move through the world. I bring a liberatory and anti-oppressive lens to the therapy space, inviting exploration of the ways systemic injustices impact our wellbeing.
Therapy offers a space to practice new ways of being human - often ways a part of us has been craving for a long time. My goal is to nurture a safe environment where you feel held and gently challenged as you come into alignment with your own hopes and values.
