My approach to healing is gentle and curious and I prioritize slow, long-lasting growth and change. I aim to support you in finding ease and glimmers of joy in your daily life while navigating the challenges we often face as we move through the world. I bring a liberatory and anti-oppressive lens, inviting exploration of the ways systemic injustices impact our wellbeing.
Therapy offers a space to practice new ways of being human - often ways a part of us has been craving for a long time. My goal is to nurture a safe environment where you feel heard, held, and gently challenged as you come into alignment with your own hopes and values. I don't have the answers; I support you as you uncover the answers within yourself.
When I'm not working I love to read, make soup, be in the water, and hang out with my gigantic cat Oliver!
