Transcend Psychotherapy is contracted with the health insurance companies listed below, but is not able to verify network status (in-network or out-of-network) for clients’ specific plans. The MAJORITY of these companies’ insurance plans will be in network with Transcend Psychotherapy however occasional exceptions do exist.

*To make sure that your services at Transcend are covered as in-network benefits by your insurance, you need to contact the customer service number on the back of your card. Ask specifically if your therapist (or your therapist’s supervisor if your therapist is prelicensed) at Transcend Psychotherapy at the location/address where you will be seeing them is an “in-network” provider for your specific plan.

Transcend Psychotherapy is able to bill your insurance for in-person and/or telehealth sessions as applicable. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We HIGHLY encourage people to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm their benefits and coverage before their first appointment.

Rates and Payments

Rates and Sliding Scale:

Intake appointments are charged at a rate of $250 and ongoing therapy appointments at a rate of $175. Insurance adjustments will apply to client balances.

Transcend Psychotherapy also offers private pay options and some limited options for income qualified clients to self-pay on a sliding scale which is negotiated directly with your therapist.


Payments and copays are processed daily and can be made via cash, check, or via our online portal using major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. (Please note that for card payments, there is a 3.15% + .30 credit card fee for each transaction and these fees are invoiced monthly.)
