Psychotherapist (they/she)

This provider is currently NOT accepting new clients.

I believe that counseling is a collaborative dynamic and as a counselor I like to take time to understand the various parts of my client. As a counselor I come into the room with warmth and empathy to build a safe therapeutic relationship. I hope to earn a client's trust while understanding that it can take time for some people to feel safe and secure in a new space with a new person. I have no tricks and try not to over-analyze but I do offer transparency, truth, and humor when appropriate. My hope is every client feels supported, trusted, and empowered to make the choices that are best for their life outside of therapy.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have extensive experience working with the following concerns: relationship and/or friendship, cannabis and/or alcohol use, family of origin, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and life transition (college, grad school, new job, big move, etc). I am a queer and non-binary provider myself and have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community of various intersectional identities.
