About
I approach this work with warmth and creativity, drawing from existential, brain-based, and Adlerian therapies in addition to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also integrate expressive techniques. Whether it is visual art, writing, or meditation, anything that connects our mental and physical selves can be cathartic and regulating. Therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy, either. I embrace the spectrum from tenderness to levity. Above all, I aim to create a space that prioritizes your agency and strengths.
My approach is founded on queer, liberatory, and trauma-informed perspectives. I work with older teens and adults, with a particular interest in genderqueer populations.
I am pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy at Adler Graduate School. I am working under the supervision of Max Abeln, LMFT.
