About
Reaching out for mental health support can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Choosing to invest in your well-being takes courage, and I want to honor that as we work alongside each other in your therapy journey. Mental health struggles can be interconnected with your past and current life circumstances, relationships, and broader social systems. Together, we can explore cycles that no longer serve you, explore grief and how it manifests, discover healthier ways of connecting, and foster greater clarity in your life. My goal is to tailor our work to you in ways that honor your mind, body, culture, and lived experiences.
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School, training under the supervision of Max Abeln, LMFT.
Outside of therapy, you can find me identifying plants, hiking, tattooing, and reading.
Modalities of therapy I actively explore: Adlerian, Gestalt, Existential, and Narrative
