About
As a therapist, I help create a container in which you can explore your values, what nourishes you, and how you relate to yourself and others. I work from a queered lens that challenges systems of power (including therapy) and reckons with how to build agency within and beyond those systems.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups. Folks on my caseload tend to be queer, trans, chronically ill, non-monogamous, and/or kinky.
My approach is informed by an integrative model called the NeuroAffective Relational Model. This model was specifically created for the treatment of developmental and complex trauma. Rather than focusing on traumatic memory, this model explores the survival strategies people develop in response to trauma. These strategies hold historic wisdom, but may be in the way of what you most want in the present. Instead of correcting survival strategies as pathology, this model supports you in relating to your strategies with agency. My approach is also informed by Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and narrative therapy.
I am a pre-licensed therapist with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy working under the supervision of Max Abeln, LMFT. I completed the Level 2 NARM Therapist Training in August 2026.
