About

While therapy is focused on you as an individual, we do not exist in isolation. Our communities, connections, relationships, and lived experiences are intrinsic to shaping our internal stories. And I would be honored to learn your stories and support you in navigating your narratives and life in the broader world.

You are welcome to claim time and space for your needs in therapy--something that our racist, classist, ableist, heterosexist, transphobic society does not make an easy task for you to undertake. I enjoy working with 2SLGBTQIA+ people, BIPOC people, Autistic and ADHD people, people who’ve experienced trauma, and people engaging in transitions or identity exploration. In our time together, we would be focusing on furthering your wellbeing via contextually-informed, personalized interventions.

I am nonbinary, queer, trans, white, of rural background, and am engaged in my own healing processes. I find joy and connection when crafting, dancing, gardening, and yapping. I intend my therapy approach to be engaged in transparent and anti-oppressive practices, values and social justice driven, and trauma-informed. This integrative approach combines interventions, psychoeducation, and concepts from somatic-based approaches, parts work, narrative therapy, and other trauma-informed modalities. It is supported by perspectives from systems, queer, polyvagal, attachment, and multicultural feminist theories.

If you think I might be a good fit for your mental health needs, please reach out, and we can find time to connect. I hope you receive the support you’re looking for.
