About

I believe that exploring ways to connect with our bodies is an integral part of the healing process. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Dance Movement Therapist, I integrate movement, body awareness, creative expression, and psychotherapy tools in my practice.

I approach this work with warmth, curiosity, and creativity. I center a trauma informed, queer, liberatory perspective, and my experience in theater and teaching has allowed me invaluable opportunities working with individuals and families, that informs how I move through this work.

Dance Movement Therapy is for anyone interested. Movement can be as subtle as noticing breath, posture, gesture, sensation, or what becomes present in the body when words are difficult to find.

I strive to co-create a space that is welcoming, non-judgmental, and allows you to explore at your own pace. I’m a student at Antioch University and I’m working under the supervision of Max Abeln, LMFT.
