About
I believe that making the internal world visible through creating art can be empowering, offering a shift in perspective and deepening self-awareness. As an Art Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum student, I integrate art-making and psychotherapy in my practice.
I center a trauma-informed, queer, and social justice orientation. My experience working with children in crisis, neurodivergent individuals, arts organizations, and as a community studio assistant inform my role as an art therapist.
Art therapy is for anyone interested—all levels of artistic experience are welcome. I particularly enjoy clay, watercolor, oil pastel, and collage, and look forward to discovering which materials my clients are drawn to.
In our work together, we will collaboratively create the path that is right for you in therapy. I will support you in navigating the challenges and uplifting the successes in your life. I attend Adler Graduate School and am working under the supervision of Max Abeln, LMFT.
